Philip Gergen

Philip Gergen has a comprehensive work experience in the information technology field. Philip currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Koozie Group since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Technology at the same company from March 2022 to June 2023, and Vice President of Information Technology from April 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Koozie Group, Philip worked at BIC Graphic North America. Philip held various roles during their tenure, including IT Director of Transformation, Governance, and Support from June 2020 to April 2021, Senior Manager of Quality Assurance and Data Governance from January 2018 to May 2020, Quality Assurance Manager from January 2017 to January 2018, Infrastructure Project Manager from June 2014 to January 2017, Systems Engineer - Projects from January 2013 to June 2014, and Global Functional Service Desk Manager from May 2011 to December 2012, where they established a new department for managing and distributing Oracle functional issues.

Earlier in their career, Philip worked at Norwood Promotional Products. Philip started as an IT Specialist in September 2003 and progressed to roles such as Deskside Support Technician from July 2004 to October 2006, IT Supervisor from November 2006 to June 2008, and finally IT Manager from April 2008 to July 2011. In this latter role, they managed multiple sites, consolidated others, and oversaw the infrastructure team, service desk team, and AS400 support.

Philip Gergen has demonstrated a strong track record and extensive experience in IT leadership and management positions throughout their career.

Philip Gergen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information System and Technology from the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1998 to 2002.
