Sharayah Follett has held a variety of roles in the past decade. Sharayah began their career in 2010 as a Shift Manager for Hampton. In 2012, they moved to Prime Communications as a Solutions Specialist. In 2013, they were an Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions for EDMC. Finally, from 2014 onward, they have held multiple roles at Kopp Glass, including Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, Director of Commercial Operations, Market Development Manager, Senior Business Development and Marketing Specialist, and Business Development Specialist.

Sharayah Follett has a diverse educational background. From 2011 to 2013, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from PennWest Clarion, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Sharayah then pursued a Master of Science in Management from Argosy University, which they completed in 2014. Sharayah also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from PennWest Clarion, which they earned from 2007 to 2011 with a focus in Marketing/ Sports Management.
