Mart Lutz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mart started their career in 1989 as the Manager of the Chemical Department at Sembodja Hong Kong Ltd. Mart then moved on to become the Manager of the China Desk at Sembodja Holland BV in 1990. In 1994, Mart started their own company, Lumac Trading BV, where they served as the Owner until 1995. Mart then worked as the Area Manager for Latin America at Meyn Further Processing until 1996. From 1996 to 2001, they were the Commercial Manager at Chemelco International BV. Mart joined Cindu Chemicals BV in 2001 and served as the Sales/Purchase Manager until 2010. In 2010, they joined Koppers International BV where they held multiple roles including Regional Sales and Procurement Manager, Marketing & Sales Manager for European Operations, and Manager of Commercial and Logistics. In 2019, Mart took on the role of Managing Director at Koppers International B.V. and also became the Commercial Director for European Operations at Koppers Inc. Additionally, from 2012 to 2017, Mart volunteered as a Board member at Stichting Anakita/Ginantri Foundation, a charity supporting underprivileged children.
Mart Lutz has a diverse education history. In 2007, they attended Dr. Karrass for Effective Negotiating but did not obtain a degree. From 2003 to 2005, Mart studied B2B Marketing at NIMA and earned an A+B degree. In 1993 and 1994, they pursued International Marketing Management at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and completed a Post HBO program. Mart obtained their Economics degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam between 1982 and 1985. Prior to that, they attended Sancta Maria and completed Gymnasium B from 1975 to 1982. Lastly, Mart started their education at Paulusschool in Voorburg and completed their primary schooling from 1969 to 1974.
