Nick Crockett

Nick Crockett is an experienced professional in the property and finance sectors, currently serving as Partner and Executive Director at KordaMentha since June 2021. Prior roles include Head of Capital at Cadence Property Group from January 2019 to June 2021, and Principal at Florin Capital from March 2017 to January 2019. Additionally, Nick has held leadership positions at Elanor Investors Group, CBRE, and Jones Lang LaSalle, specializing in capital advisory and corporate finance across the Asia-Pacific region. Early career experience includes roles at Allco, Ashe Morgan Winthrop, and Grant Samuel, focusing on property transactions and financing. Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Distinction from RMIT University, completed in 1999.
