Yvonne Willich

Yvonne Willich is a seasoned psychologist specializing in leadership development, with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Since March 2009, Yvonne has been instrumental in fostering a culture of learning at KordaMentha. Prior to this, from 1990 to 2008, Yvonne co-founded Key Consultancy with Karen Stammers, offering training and advisory services aimed at enhancing leadership, managing conflict, and improving workplace culture and job satisfaction. Yvonne's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Applied Child Psychology from Phillip Institute and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Psychology from La Trobe University.
