Bill Leach

Bill Leach has extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Starting in 1992, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at Digital Ocean. Bill then joined Espectrum in 1997 as a Senior Electrical Engineer and later became the VP of Engineering at Signtech Ltd. In 1996, NUR Macroprinters acquired Signtech, and Bill transitioned to the role of VP of Technical Services. From 2001 to 2007, they served as the General Manager and President/Founder of Vivid Print Innovation - Xennia Technology. Bill also started their own company, Accudrop Integration, LLP, in 2007. In 2010, they became the Managing Partner and Founder of Intercon Tech, LLC, providing custom engineered solutions and products. Bill then worked as the General Manager - Technical Manager at Teckwin International USA from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Control Panel Manager - Manufacturing Manager at Thermon, Inc., responsible for engineering development, manufacturing, and inventory. Most recently, they have been working at Engineered Printing Solutions since 2017, where they held the position of Engineering Manager - Manufacturing Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering at KORE Power.

Bill Leach attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
