Youngjun Kevin Kim

Youngjun Kevin Kim is the Chief Executive Officer at Imagoworks Inc., leading an AI and cloud-based 3D medical and dental platform since November 2019. Concurrently, Youngjun Kevin Kim serves as a Principal Researcher, Senior Researcher, and Star Post-doc at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology, focusing on 3D surgical planning software since October 2009. Additionally, Youngjun Kevin Kim is an Associate Professor at UST KIST School since March 2012 and previously managed projects at K&I Technology from March 2003 to September 2009, specializing in 3D optical scanners, CAD/CAM applications, computer vision inspection systems, and CT inspection software. Technical expertise includes C++, MFC, OpenGL, OpenCV, VTK, ITK, and CUDA. Youngjun Kevin Kim earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from Seoul National University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine from 2013 to 2014.
