Brian Wychules

Brian Wychules currently serves as the Director of Technology & Asset at AVE by Korman Communities since January 2020. With a long tenure at Korman Communities, Brian has held various positions including Resident Services Manager: IT, Operations Manager, and Resident Representative since July 2007. Prior experience includes serving as Guest Service Manager at Myrtle Beach Marriott from September 2002 to August 2006. Brian earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Coastal Carolina University, attended Johnson & Wales University from 2000 to 2001.
