Kathy Schriver

Kathy Schriver currently serves as Senior Vice President for AKA hotel residences and has been a part of Korman Communities since May 2017. Initially starting as a Leasing Manager at the company's Bucks County, Pennsylvania property, Kathy Schriver advanced rapidly, becoming the general manager and, at the age of 26, the youngest regional manager in the company's history, overseeing properties in Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia. Kathy Schriver is an alumna of Tyler School of Art and Architecture.
