Carrie Lura

Carrie Lura is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and client success, currently serving as Senior Vice President Delivery at Korn Ferry since 2008. In this role, Carrie oversees the full implementation cycle of SaaS talent solutions, encompassing talent acquisition, management, and development. Previous positions at Korn Ferry include Senior Director Operations and Director Distribution and Global Survey Center Operations, where strategic leadership and operational excellence were paramount. Prior to Korn Ferry, Carrie held roles such as Director of Operations at It'sFresh! Incorporated and Executive Director at Arbor Lakes Business Association, demonstrating a strong background in manufacturing, supply chain management, and fiscal oversight. Carrie began their career in sales coordination at Canada Maritime and international operations at Marathon Electric.
