Kishor Nadgauda

Kishor Nadgauda is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product engineering and software architecture. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Engineering at Korn Ferry since February 2022, Kishor also holds the position of Solutions Architect at PRGX Global Inc. since July 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing software architecture and implementing Lean and Agile practices for continuous delivery. Previously, Kishor managed an application development team at Pilgrim Software Inc. and served as Lead Developer at Actional Corporation, where leadership and collaboration resulted in successful project completions. Kishor earned a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering between 1995 and 1997.
