Rachel Wang

Rachel Wang is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as a Team Leader at 光辉国际 since May 2022, Rachel leads a team responsible for hiring across mainland China in specialized positions such as FSE, FPE, and RPS. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Allegis Global Solutions as an On-site Recruiter for the CHANEL project in Shanghai, managing the complete end-to-end recruiting process for multiple positions in the East Area. Rachel has also held senior recruiting roles at FESCO ADECCO, focusing on retail and manufacturing industries, as well as starting as a researcher at Career International, where candidate sourcing was emphasized for middle and senior-level positions in legal and finance. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Zhejiang Normal University.
