Michael Drzyzga has a long and varied work experience. Michael began their career in 2008 as co-chair of First Fridays and chair of Stressbusters at Williams College. In 2010, they became a Graduate Student at Brandeis University. In 2015, they started as a Research Associate at Sanofi, where they characterized antibodies and proteins for post-translational and in vitro modifications, screened mutants for desired properties, and purified antibodies and proteins. In 2017, they joined ImmunoGen, Inc. as a Research Associate, where they conjugated novel and established cytotoxic payloads to antibodies and engineered protein binders, characterized antibody-drug conjugates for quality control and lead ADC selection, and evaluated strategies for lead development and prioritization. In 2019, they moved to Triplet Therapeutics as an Associate Scientist. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Korro Bio, Inc. as a Scientist and Sr. Associate Scientist.

Michael Drzyzga obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Williams College in 2010, and then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Chemistry from Brandeis University in 2015.
