Vang Lor

Vang Lor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career in 2013 as a Technical Support Representative at Innovative Computer Software. In 2015, they joined Mattersight Corporation as a Solutions Support Engineer and later transitioned to the role of an Application Support Engineer in 2018. In 2021, Vang joined NICE Ltd as a Senior Implementation/Technical Integration Engineer, where they worked until 2023. Currently, Vang is employed at KorTerra, Inc. as a Cloud Operations Engineer.

Vang Lor attended the University of St. Thomas from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. They majored in Computer Science and minored in Business Administration. In terms of additional certifications, Vang obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate Networking Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in December 2013. They also completed various certifications on LinkedIn, including Learning Azure Management Tools, Azure Active Directory: Basics, Learning PowerShell, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Cert Prep: 1 Cloud Concepts, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Cert Prep: 2 Azure Architecture and Security. Additionally, they obtained certifications on cultural competence and inclusion from LinkedIn, including Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion and Inclusion During Difficult Times. In 2017, Vang obtained the IT Information Library Foundation (ITIL) v3 certification from CBT Nuggets. Most recently, in March 2023, they obtained the Learning Azure Management Tools certification from LinkedIn.
