Kazu Matsuda

Kazuyuki Matsuda is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and fintech sectors. Currently serving as CEO of KORTUC INC. since August 2015, Matsuda leads the development of a novel radiosensitizer aimed at enhancing cancer radiotherapy effectiveness. Previous roles include Senior Business Advisor at Quadrac Co. Ltd and Royal Gate Inc., where support was provided for business development and fundraising for fintech startups. As Co-founder and COO of Lyudia Inc, a payment solution provider, Matsuda was instrumental in establishing partnerships that led to the company's acquisition by Ingenico. Earlier career highlights include serving as CEO of Perseus Proteomics Inc., where collaboration with the University of Tokyo resulted in innovative cancer treatment technologies, and working at Merrill Lynch as VP, focusing on investment banking for technology and pharmaceutical firms.
