Alisa M. Broussard

Alisa M. Broussard has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Alisa M. began their career as an Engineer and Quality Manager at 2H Offshore in 2006, where they progressively took on more responsibilities and roles, eventually becoming a Principal Integrity Specialist and Quality Manager. In 2014, Alisa took a break from work to be a Stay-at-Home Mom. Alisa M. then founded Colt Engineering Consulting, LLC in 2016, where they worked as a Founder and Engineering Consultant. Later that year, they joined Merton Riser as an Engineering Manager. In 2017, Alisa became a Principal Integrity Engineer at Clarus Subsea Integrity. Most recently, they have been serving as the Leak Prevention Team Lead at Kosmos Energy since 2019.

Alisa M. Broussard holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as Anadarko LiveSAFE Training and Production Safety Systems (T2) - Including Electronic Lab from J. Schneider and Associates Ltd. among others.
