Turan Kocabayraktar

Turan Kocabayraktar has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Investment Director, R&D Director, and SCADA/DMS Project Manager at Kosovo Electricity Distribution Company (KEDS) since March 2017. Previously, Turan worked as Lead Electrical Engineer at Enertest Energy from July 2013 to March 2017, where involvement included significant projects such as GE/Yedas, GE/Tredas, and ABB/Aedas SCADA projects, as well as PFC and RPC testing for power plants. Earlier experience includes a role as Electrical Engineer at BM Holding focused on hydro power plants in 2012. Turan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Engineering/Industrial Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gazi University.
