Halil Krasniqi

Halil Krasniqi is an accomplished telecommunications engineer with over two decades of experience, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Kosovo Telecom J.S.C. since March 2000, where responsibilities include mobile billing and the planning and optimization of mobile core networks. Prior to this role, Halil Krasniqi worked at Comtrade Computers as a Computer Hardware and Software Maintenance Technician from July 1999 to March 2000. Halil Krasniqi holds a Doctor of Political Economy from SMC University, obtained between 2015 and 2021, and a Master of Science in International Engineering Management from the Institute of Enterprise Management and Engineering in collaboration with the Vienna University of Technology, completed from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Halil Krasniqi earned a degree as a Graduate Electro Technical Engineer in Telecommunications and Computer Science from the University of Prishtina, Kosova, from 1992 to 1998.
