Elaine Kinsella

Elaine Kinsella is currently the Head of Compliance at Kota. Previously, Elaine held the position of Western Central Europe Compliance Manager at MetLife and Assistant Vice President Compliance at State Street. With a background in Finance and Economics, Elaine has also completed professional diplomas in Compliance and Investment Fund Services. Their responsibilities have included overseeing branches throughout Europe, managing compliance teams, coordinating with regulators, and developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
