Mark Brown

Mark Brown is a seasoned Senior Field Service Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the technical support and maintenance of various printing and imaging solutions. Currently employed at KOTA since December 2017, Mark has held similar senior engineering roles at Ryan Business Systems and Canon Business Solutions, where expertise includes factory certification and extensive troubleshooting skills. Previous positions at CBS-Blooms (a Xerox Company), Action Blueprint, Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., and Xerox Engineering Systems have further solidified a strong background in servicing high-volume printing equipment and networked systems. Mark holds a Technical Certificate in Electronics from ITT Tech, complemented by additional training from New Horizons Computer Center and other institutions.
