Mark Brown is a seasoned Senior Field Service Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the technical support and maintenance of various printing and imaging solutions. Currently employed at KOTA since December 2017, Mark has held similar senior engineering roles at Ryan Business Systems and Canon Business Solutions, where expertise includes factory certification and extensive troubleshooting skills.
