Hina Ruparel

Hina Ruparel is an experienced professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Kotak Mahindra Bank since September 2023. Prior to this role, Hina held the position of Deputy Vice President at Bharti AXA Life Insurance from February 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included customer servicing, onboarding, and renewals across various vendors and locations. Hina's earlier career includes significant roles at EOS - Eureka Outsourcing Solutions, progressing from Senior Manager Operations to General Manager Operations from September 2016 to December 2019. In addition, Hina worked as Operations Manager at ANDROMEDA BPO PRIVATE LIMITED and held various managerial positions at KAIZEN BPO PRIVATE LIMITED. Hina is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from K C College.
