Siddhartha Adak

Siddhartha Adak is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in structured finance and corporate investment banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Structured Finance at Kotak Mahindra Bank since September 2022, Siddhartha previously held the same title at IndusInd Bank from January 2009 to September 2022, alongside experience as Assistant Vice President in Corporate & Investment Banking. Other notable roles include Associate at Macquarie India and Senior Associate at Ambit Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., as well as a Management Trainee position at ICICI Bank Ltd. Siddhartha completed an MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and holds a BSc in Physics from recruitment, with foundational education at Calcutta Boys School.
