Anita Schmied is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand management, food service development, and project management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior International Brand Manager for HoReCa at Kotányi GmbH since February 2023, Anita specializes in brand positioning, product innovation, and operational excellence.
