Heini N. Vaniala has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Heini started their career as a Junior Digital Buyer at Aegis Media in 2010. Heini then worked as a Consultant at Klikkicom Oy, where they specialized in paid media and developed online marketing strategies for B2C and B2B clients.

In 2015, Heini joined Omni Partners as an Omni Channel Strategist, focusing on omni-channel strategies. Heini then moved on to Motley Agency as the Smart Commerce Lead, where they utilized data, automation, and 360 thinking to enhance marketing and sales.

Heini later worked at Dagmar, first as a Digital Manager and then as a Digital Strategist. In these roles, they led and facilitated strategic digital and customer-centric development projects and implemented martech tools and processes.

In 2017, Heini became involved with IAB Finland, serving as a Member, Vice Chairman, and eventually Chair of the IAB Martech team. Heini played a key role in promoting the use of marketing technology and data-driven decision-making.

Heini then co-founded and chaired the CX & Customer Centric Marketing Team at Marketing Finland. Heini organized team meetings, facilitated knowledge sharing, and kept the team updated on the latest trends in customer-centric development.

Most recently, Heini joined RADLY as a Digital Transformation Lead, focusing on strategic digital and customer-centric development. Their responsibilities included leading and facilitating change, developing digital sales and customer experience, and taking part in business development.

Currently, Heini is working at Kotipizza Group Oy as the Loyalty & Customer Experience Lead. Heini is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and increasing customer loyalty through loyalty program methods.

Throughout their career, Heini has demonstrated expertise in areas such as customer experience, digital transformation, marketing technology, and strategic development. Heini has also been involved in industry organizations and has consistently pursued professional development opportunities.

Heini N. Vaniala obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Law, Electronic Commerce, and Economics from the University of Eastern Finland between 2005 and 2008. From 2009 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Economics degree at the University of Jyväskylä, focusing on Information Systems, Ecommerce, and Marketing. In 2011, they briefly studied German, Marketing, and Management at Technische Universität Graz. In 2020, Heini N. Vaniala completed basic studies in Service Design at the University of Lapland. They have also attained various certifications, including Applied Behavioral Design, Digital Behavior Change, Mastering Value Propositions, Advanced Facilitation Skills, Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ), and badges in CRM, Inbound Marketing, and SEO Essentials.
