Katarina Vukasinovic has over 11 years of work experience in the field of education. Katarina started their career in 2009 as an English Language Teacher at Britanicca school. In 2011, they began working at Equilibrio Language Centre as an English Language Teacher and at Virtus Studio of Languages as an ESOL Teacher. Katarina also worked as a Language Instructor at Swanbell Language Centre, where they were the Main Lecture Coordinator and was responsible for implementing new rules in methodology, staff management, lesson planning, and more. In the same year, they began working at Berlitz Corporation as a Language Instructor. From 2012 to 2016, they were self-employed as a Freelance Translator and Editor. In 2016, they started working at Lone Star College as an Adjunct Professor at ESOL Department and at BakerRipley as an Adult Education Program Coordinator, ESL Lead Teacher, ESL Adult Teacher, and Senior Manager of Adult Education. In their most recent role at BakerRipley, they assisted in the design and implementation of adult education programs, managed a Texas Workforce Commission grant, and transitioned fully face to face programs to an online platform during the pandemic. In 2022, they began working at Kotis Design as a Program Manager.
Katarina Vukasinovic attended Grammar school in Sabac, where they studied philology and humanities. Katarina then attended Faculty of Philology Belgrade, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General in 2012. Katarina continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Language and Literature, General in 2013. In 2016, Katarina obtained a CELTA Teaching Certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
