Scott Harrelson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Scott started their career as a Grocery Manager at The Kroger Company in 1982. Scott then moved on to work as a General Manager at Fleming Enterprises, where they managed multiple restaurants. In 1986, they became the General Manager of The Montego Inn before transitioning to become the Owner and Founder of Thoroughbreds Restaurant in 1988.
In 2003, Scott ventured into real estate and opened their own company, Harrelson Real Estate Services. Scott also joined Kotis Properties as the Leasing and Brokerage Manager in South Carolina, eventually becoming the Head of brokerage, leasing, and development for the state. Scott later took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Restaurant Investors, LLC, a division of Kotis Properties, where they oversaw the operations of Darryl's Woodfire Grill and other upcoming restaurant concepts in the Greensboro, NC market.
Throughout their career, Scott has gained extensive experience in restaurant operations, real estate, leasing, brokerage, and management.
Scott Harrelson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Coastal Carolina University, where they attended from 1982 to 1986. Scott later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, although specific dates of attendance are not provided.
