Rokas Romanovas

Rokas Romanovas has a strong background in various roles within the customer service and ecommerce fields. Rokas currently holds the position of Managing Director at Kotryna Group, where they oversee operations and strategic planning. Prior to this, Rokas worked at AD Baltic Lietuva as Deputy Director and Head of Contact Center, where they managed teams and ensured smooth customer experiences. Rokas also has experience as an Aftersales Manager at Pigu.lt, where they handled customer concerns and improved processes. Rokas had a significant tenure at Pigu.lt, starting as a Call Center Manager and progressing to roles such as Head of Call Center and Customer Service Supervisor. Throughout their career, Rokas has demonstrated strong leadership, analytical skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Rokas Romanovas completed their Bachelor's degree in Management and Business Administration from Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2012. Rokas then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Rokas is studying for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Mykolas Romeris University from 2022 to 2023.
