Subarshini Ramesh

Subarshini Ramesh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Subarshini started their career in 2001 as a Software Engineer at SVG Software (P) Ltd. in Chennai. Subarshini worked there for over two years before joining Consolidated Cybernetics Company (PVT) Ltd., where they served as a Software Engineer for about six months.

In 2004, Subarshini joined Kott Software Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Consultant for a brief period of eight months. Subarshini then progressed into various roles within the same company, starting as a Senior Software Programmer from October 2005 to March 2007. Subsequently, they took on the role of a Team Leader from April 2007 to March 2010, followed by a promotion to Project Leader from April 2010 to March 2012.

From April 2012 to December 2021, Subarshini held the role of a Project Manager at Kott Software Pvt. Ltd, where they successfully managed project development life cycles and led project development teams.

Currently, Subarshini holds the position of Head of Project Management at Kott Software Pvt. Ltd since January 2022. Subarshini'sextensive experience in software engineering, combined with their leadership skills, allows their to excel in overseeing projects and managing teams effectively.

Subarshini Ramesh obtained a Master's degree in Computer Application from Seethalakshmi Ramaswamy College, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications over the years. These include "Project Management: Master Project Management PMP/PMI" from Udemy in April 2020, "Awareness Training Course on Quality Management Systems (Based on ISO 9001:2015 Standard)" from Burea Veritas in November 2015, "Agile Project Management" from Binary Essentials in December 2011, "Certificate of Appreciation towards Project Leadership and Team Development" from KOTT Software in December 2011, "Motivating Individuals and Navigating Teams MINT for Success" from The Cochin Chamber of Commerce & Industry and CREDAI Kochi in October 2011, "ISO 9001:2008 Internal Quality Auditor Training" from Kerala State Productivity Council in June 2010, and "Internal Audit for ISO 9001:2000" from Totstat Quality Consultants in November 2007.
