Adam Kiralla

Adam Kiralla has extensive work experience in technical communications and content management. Adam currently serves as the Director of Technical Communications at Kount, an Equifax Company, where they lead and manages the technical communications team. Prior to this role, Adam worked as a Product Content Manager and a Product Content Strategist at Kount.

Before joining Kount, Adam held the position of Lead Technical Writer at Aquent Studios from September 2018 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for writing and editing scripts on software and hardware topics, identifying new video topics based on top issues and SEO, and conducting technical reviews on videos, scripts, and support documents.

From August 2015 to September 2018, Adam worked as a Rich Media Specialist at Experis, where they performed similar tasks as in their previous role.

Adam's work experience also includes a role as a Network and System Engineer at VRI Technology from August 2014 to August 2015. In this role, they maintained computers, networks, servers, domains, and peripherals for various companies, managed user accounts on networks and domains through Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Hive management, and connected client computers and phones to email accounts, servers, and employee tools.

Adam's earlier experience includes working at Hewlett-Packard as a Rich Media Tech/Project Lead from July 2008 to April 2014. In this role, they identified, scripted, directed, and acted in troubleshooting and how-to videos, played a lead role in creating unboxing videos for HP products, worked with new and pre-release products and services, and collaborated with various stakeholders to provide technical solutions for HP products.

Adam Kiralla attended Boise State University from 2011 to 2016, where they studied Computer Science. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree. Additionally, Adam also pursued Computer Science at Santiago Canyon College, although the exact dates of their enrollment are unknown. In 2015, they obtained a certification in MS Windows Server 2012 Administration from Brainbench.
