Murtaza Partapurwala

Murtaza Partapurwala has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Murtaza is currently working as an Associate Director - Business Intelligence at Kout Food Group since August 2021. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2021, they served as the Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Mezzan Holding Co, where they led the implementation of SAP BPC and played a pivotal role in strategic decision-making and budget preparation for the entire group.

From 2012 to 2015, Murtaza worked at Kout Food Group as a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role, they assisted top management in strategic decision-making and held additional responsibilities as a Budget Director.

Before joining Kout Food Group, Murtaza worked at GBM from 2006 to 2012 as a Project Manager ERP Systems- Business Operations. Murtaza was responsible for implementing ERP systems, conducting business function analysis, managing project schedules, and developing financial and operational models.

Murtaza started their career as a Management Accountant at Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd in 2005 and later worked as a Financial Systems Designer at Alpha Data Systems. Murtaza began their professional journey as an Audit Assistant at Jacob Athavale Paranjpe & Co Chartered Accountants in 2000.

Throughout their career, Murtaza has showcased strong financial and analytical skills, extensive experience in project management, budgeting, and expertise in ERP systems implementation.

Murtaza Partapurwala obtained a CA degree in Finance & Accounts from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2004. Later, in 2012, they received a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA. Additionally, Murtaza has additional certifications including an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants-UK and another CA certification from The Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India.
