Francisco Aller Atucha

Francisco Aller Atucha has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Francisco began their career as a Finance Analyst at Alcatel-Lucent in 2010, followed by an IT Specialist role at Tsoft in 2011. In 2015, they moved to Banco Hipotecario as a Process Analyst, and then to Red Link S.A. as a Process Improvement Specialist in 2016. From 2018 to 2021, Francisco worked at BIND | Financial Solutions as a Digital Transformation Team Leader and Project Manager. Francisco also held positions as an Assistant Professor at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina from 2018 to 2022. Most recently, in 2021, Francisco was a Digital & Business Process Consultant, acting as a Fintech Lead Project Manager, Agile Coach & Scrum Master, and CX & Process Improvement Workshop Designer.

Francisco Aller Atucha obtained a Licenciatura in Administración from the University of Buenos Aires in 2017. In 2018, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance, followed by a Certified Agile Leadership I from the same institution in September of the same year. In 2019, they obtained a Digital Competition in Financial Services from the Copenhagen Business School in November, and a FinTech and the Transformation in Financial Services from the same institution in February. In 2021, they obtained a Sommelier Profesional from Instituto Gato Dumas in Gastronomía, as well as an Ecosistema Crypto & DeFi from Defy Education. In 2022, they obtained a Programa de Gestión de Almacenes y Depósitos from IEEC Escuela de Negocios, Supply Chain y Logística.
