Janelle DiOrio

Janelle DiOrio has held a variety of roles in the medical and retail industries since 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as an Ultrasound Tech Aide and Clerical Assistant for Kent Hospital. Janelle then worked as a Sales Associate for PANDORA A/S from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were a West Zone Diagnostic Referral Coordinator for Concentra. From 2013 to 2018, they held various roles at Inogen, including Medical Billing Supervisor, Billing Administrator, Patient Reimbursement Denials Advocate, and Patient Services Advocate. During this same time period, they also worked as an Operations Manager for KONEN & ASSOCIATES, P.A., a Sales Associate (Part Time) for ALEX AND ANI, and an Accounts Receivable Specialist for Axis Neuromonitoring, LLC. In 2018, they joined StarHealth Group as a Sr. Practice Operations Director, a role they held until 2022. Janelle is currently a Commercial Operations Manager for Koya Medical, Inc.

Janelle DiOrio attended West Warwick High School from 2001 to 2005 and graduated with a High School Diploma in Hospitality and Lodging. Janelle then attended Community College of Rhode Island from 2005 to 2007, studying General Studies.
