Shilpa Kumar

Shilpa Kumar is a Process Engineer currently employed at KP Engineering since January 2023. Shilpa has previously worked as a Grader for the Material Science Course on Failure Analysis at the Mork Family Department at USC and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Southern California, where Shilpa devised a cost-effective hydrogen membrane through a CVD process and developed a 3-D simulation for a membrane reactor. Shilpa gained additional experience as a Process Engineering Intern at L&T Technology Services Limited and held a Process Engineer position at Inherent Engineering. Early career experience includes internships at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd and Indian Oil Corporation Limited. Shilpa holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Technology from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.
