Bjarke Buhl has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in manufacturing and technology organizations. Bjarke served as the Chief Technology Officer at KP Components starting from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Kamstrup as the Head of Strategic Production Technology and Head of Global Production Technology. At GRUNDFOS, Bjarke held positions such as Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Project Execution Manager. Bjarke also worked at ATV-SEMAPP as a Boardmember and at Unitas Rejser as a Boardmember appointed by the owner. Additionally, they served as Chairman of the Board at Center for Digital Pædagogik and KFUM og KFUK i Danmark. Bjarke began their career at LEGO as an Order Manager, where they gained experience building a global organization with sourcing from China and India.
Bjarke Buhl has a diverse education history. Bjarke began their academic journey at Aarhus University, where they obtained a Diplom in Produktionsingeniør from 1999 to 2003. Bjarke then pursued further education at Aarhus University and completed an HD degree in Organisation og ledelse from 2003 to 2006. To enhance their knowledge and skills in technology management, Buhl pursued a Master in Management of Technology from Aalborg University, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Buhl also engaged in professional development opportunities, attending the Stanford Center for Professional Development in 2012 for a program in Mastering the Project Portfolio. In the same year, they participated in an MBA Level Workshop in Negotiation conducted by the Edinburgh Business School.
