Radosław Smalec

Tomasz Rados is a financial officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024, with previous experience as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, supporting structural reforms in EU countries. Tomasz served on the Stakeholder's Council of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023, contributing to academic and professional development. Prior roles include membership on the Industry, Synergies & Enablers Coordination Team at the European Defence Agency and a coordination assistant in the Crisis Management and Planning Directorate at the European External Action Service. Additional positions held include president of the Network PL association, contract agent at the European Commission, and programme manager at the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2003.
