Gayane Virabyan

Gayane Virabyan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at K&P Law Firm LLC since August 2016, Gayane has also held positions as an Associate. Prior experience includes working as a Lawyer at IDeA Foundation Armenia, where significant projects involved the Aurora Prize and the Dilijan Development Program. Additional roles include Legal Counsel at Artsakhbank and internships at notable organizations such as Gulbenkian Andonian Solicitors and The Chamber of Advocates of Armenia. Gayane's educational background includes an LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge and an LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from the American University of Armenia, complemented by a B.A. in Law from Yerevan State University and an Advocacy license.
