Craig Symington

Craig Symington has over a decade of experience in the food manufacturing industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at KP Snacks since June 2014, with additional roles including Environment Health Safety Lead, Health Safety Environment Advisor, IWS Line Lead, and First Line Manager. Responsibilities involve the day-to-day management of a fast-paced production line and ensuring performance against various KPIs. Prior to this, Craig worked as a Process Operator at United Biscuits from November 2010 to May 2014, focusing on the production of fried crisp snacks. Craig commenced a career in manufacturing as an apprentice, gaining comprehensive experience across multiple departments to build a foundational understanding of operations. Educational background includes attendance at St.Bede College Billingham from 1999 to 2001 and St.Michael's Billingham from 1994 to 1999.
