Jordan Spoors

Jordan Spoors is an experienced production manager currently leading a team of 33 at KP Snacks, focusing on achieving business KPIs in the Snacks department. Previously, Jordan worked at Caterpillar Inc. where significant roles included Team Leader, managing over 40 operatives to meet daily goals, and Assembly Operator, where skills were developed to train others. Jordan's career at Caterpillar began as an Apprentice, progressing through levels with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and skill acquisition. Jordan also holds a BSC in Risk Assessment from Unite Union.
