Michelle Sowders is an experienced benefits specialist with a diverse background in healthcare and insurance. Currently serving as the Regional Leave of Absence and Benefits Specialist at KPC Health since September 2022, Michelle manages benefits for five hospitals and oversees compliance with ACA regulations.
