Naren Parimi

Naren Parimi has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2009 with an internship at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they developed a web portal for collecting academic staff feedback. In 2010, Naren worked as a Web Developer at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, where they automated data import processes and developed software for building energy analysis systems.

From 2011 to 2012, Naren worked as a Web Analyst for the University of Nebraska, where they prepared screen designs, debugged code, and developed web models. Naren then gained experience as a Web Designer and Data Analyst intern at the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department, assisting in database design and generating reports based on health issues.

In 2012, Naren joined Kidwell as a Lead Software Developer, where they planned, processed and performed various software jobs, and created software mockups. At the same time, they also worked as a Graduate Assistant Developer at the University of Nebraska, developing portlets and maintaining websites.

In 2014, Naren founded KPI Ninja, a healthcare technology and consulting company. As the Co-Founder and CTO, they lead the company towards the achievement of strategic goals through managing Key Performance Indicators. Naren also served as the CTO at ReviewCloud from 2014 to 2018, overseeing the development of a cloud-based employee performance management solution.
