Nishikant has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering and analysis. Nishikant started their career at IBM India Pvt Ltd in 2006 as a Data Analyst, where they gained extensive experience in data warehousing systems and ETL design. Nishikant worked with various industries such as telecommunications, transportation, pharmaceuticals, and retail. Nishikant also played a key role in the ODI panel and collaborated with business analysts and developers to translate business requirements into design documents. In 2014, they worked as a BI Senior Consultant at Oracle SSI. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Technology Lead at Infosys. Currently, Nishikant is working at KPI Partners, where they held the role of Lead Data Engineer III from 2020 to 2021, and currently holds the position of Technical Manager - Data Engineer starting from August 2021.

Nishikant's education begins in 1991 at Bishop's School in Ranchi, where they complete their ICSE X degree in an unspecified field of study. After that, from 1999 to 2001, they attend DAV Public School in Hehal, Ranchi, where they obtain an AISSCE degree in Science with Bio-Maths. Finally, Nishikant enrolls in Cochin University of Science and Technology from 2002 to 2006 and completes their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
