Tom Wall

Tom Wall is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer success and account management. As of July 2024, Tom serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Kpler, following a role as a Corporate Account Manager at Lloyd's List Intelligence from November 2022 to July 2024. Tom's career includes experience as an Account Manager and Customer Success Executive at Informa Intelligence between September 2021 and November 2022, and a Customer Service Agent at Miele GB from August 2020 to September 2021. Earlier roles include Bar Supervisor at The Varsity Club and Officer Cadet with the British Army, where Tom was part of the Oxford University Officer Training Corps.
