Thomas Franklin

Thomas Franklin is the Founder and Business Development leader at KPM Franklin since 2016 and has served as the CEO of Franklin, Hart & Reid, a civil engineering and land surveying firm, since 1999. Previously, Thomas held positions as Executive Vice President and Vice President General Manager at Landstar Homes from 1973 until June 1986, where responsibilities included managing all operations. Thomas's educational background includes studies at Washburn University and Miami Dade Junior College.
