Silvia Montefiore

Silvia is the Canadian Managing Partner for Business Enablement and Operations. Her previous roles includes Business Leader, of KPMG’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Audit practice in Toronto and National Sector Leader of KPMG’s Lottery and Gaming practice. She has over 25 years of experience working with some of the largest clients in the TMT sector. Silvia is also a member of the Management Committee for KPMG in Canada.

Silvia also has extensive experience advising large clients on initial and secondary public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, complex accounting and compliance issues relating to public company requirements in Canada and the U.S. Silvia was a member of the KPMG in Canada’s Board of Directors and was the past Chair of the Nominations Committee and the Operations & Finance Committee of the Board.
