Marina Kichkaylo

Marina Kichkaylo is an experienced professional in the finance and consulting sectors, currently serving as an Associate Director at Kept since January 2023. From September 2019, Marina has held a similar role at KPMG Russia, where previous positions included Manager and Associate. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager and Analyst in the Investment department at Absolut Bank from February 2015 to September 2019, as well as an Analyst in Valuation and Business Modelling at Ernst & Young from March 2012 to January 2015. Marina holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics, earned between 2008 and 2012.
