Hilde Garssen

Hilde Garssen is a highly experienced professional who currently serves as a Member of the Board and Chief Human Resources Officer at KPN. Prior to this, Hilde held various senior roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. for over 17 years, including Senior Managing Director Business Services and Chief Human Resources Officer. Hilde has extensive experience in managing HR strategies, leadership development, change management, and integration processes within large organizations. Hilde holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has also completed executive education programs at Nyenrode Business University and INSEAD Business School Singapore.
