Michael Woodhart

Michael Woodhart is a seasoned construction professional with 35 years of experience in Southern California's construction industry. Currently, Michael serves as Principal at Woodhart LLC, providing expert guidance to clients since September 2019. Additionally, Michael has been a Senior Project Manager at KPRS Construction Services, Inc. since August 2017 and previously led Quality Development and Construction, Inc. as President while working with Jamboree Housing Corporation from October 2014 to August 2017. Past roles include Senior Project Manager at Portrait Construction Inc., Vice President at Lucas Companies, Project Manager at Pacific Gateway Homes, and Director of Purchasing at Ryland Homes.
