Roisin Wadding, Chartered Fellow FCIPD, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles across diverse industries and countries. Currently serving as Director - People and Purpose at KPS, Roisin leads the People and Purpose strategy for the organization across five countries, working closely with the Board of Directors on employee engagement and digital transformation initiatives. Roisin’s previous roles include Head of Support Services at Expo 2020 Dubai, where responsibilities encompassed building the Security Department and overseeing comprehensive HR functions, and Associate Director of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Global Market. Roisin also has a strong background as Managing Director at Quantum Human Resource Consultancy and has held key positions at Emirates in Learning and Development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Learning and Development and a Master's in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Southern Queensland.
