Paul Bartleson

Paul Bartleson, CSP, CHST, brings extensive experience in risk management and safety leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Risk Management and Workforce Development and Sr. Safety Director at Kraemer Brothers since November 1997, Paul has also taken on the role of Senior Advisor at FDRsafety as of November 2023. Previous leadership positions include Chair and Vice Chair of the Construction Division at the National Safety Council from 2007 to 2011 and Assistant Director of Safety and Environmental Services at the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin from February 1995 to November 1997. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Account Manager at MacNeil Environmental from 1992 to 1995. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
