Mia Nelson holds an MBA and a Master's in Human Resource Management, along with a Certified Compensation Professional designation. Currently, Mia serves as the Head of North America & WHQ Compensation at The Kraft Heinz Company. Previously, Mia was a Compensation Leader for Worldwide Grocery at Amazon, and held senior roles in compensation management at Cushman & Wakefield, including Sr. Manager and Manager of Americas Compensation. Earlier in the career, Mia worked as a Sr. Compensation Analyst at Baxter International Inc. and as a Sr. Compensation Consultant at Northwestern University.
